Completed in November 2008, the acquisition of Czewo Full Filling Service GmbH (Czewo) by ColepCCL enables these two manufacturers, both partners of major brand-owners, to complement and further expand their respective strengths. By leveraging on its increased scale and geographical spread, the new company is able to offer better security of supply and speed to market.
2004
Completed in July 2004, the merger of Colep and CCL Custom Manufacturing Europe created the largest European contract manufacturer of personal care, cosmetic, over-the-counter medicated and household care products. With important activities in metal and plastic packaging, ColepCCL is able to better support its customers in the growing trends towards outsourcing solutions.
