Design Services

As part of our full-service we can now offer Design Development. Design is key for a successful product and brand integrity and has to consider many factors, for example; target market, consumer needs, wishes and habits but also trends, ergonomics, economics and increasingly important… sustainability.

Our approach: In the preparation phase for a joint concept or product development (creativity workshop) we;

  • Study design trends as one part of consumer trends
  • Prepare visual status, create mood boards
  • Work with the customer and generate ideas in the creativity workshops
  • Generate various design concepts, sketches
  • Bring them into 2D and 3D Designs
  • CAD Systems we are working with are; Solid Works and Sensable Free Form
  • Generated data is be printed on the FDM Modelling Machine, allowing customers to see their design concept as a 3D model
  • Further Engineering such as Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
  • Rendering – photo realistic appearance, in final material
  • Animate the models – short animations for presentation proposals
