ColepCCL S.A. has announced that following regulatory approvals, it has completed the acquisition of Czewo Full Filling Service GmbH (Czewo), as originally announced in July 2008.
This acquisition enables ColepCCL to complement and further expand the strengths of the two former standalone companies. By leveraging on its increased scale and geographical spread the company will be able to offer better security of supply and speed to market.
